Friday Feeds The Mind

Let's do some mind exercises. What would you be looking forward to do during this weekend? Are you going to join your friends and have fun or are you going to sleep at home? If you join a group of friends, go to the gym or park and train yourself to lose some weight , then say, ' We'll be having much fun while training', 'Our exercises are effective and safe', 'We really lose our fats'. You could use positive statements to affirm what you're doing. You could also say them loud together with your friends. Have a great weekend with weight management! 😃

Laugh my way to the bank! It's the bank of Universe! After listening to the audio book "The Secret to Money Masterclass" by author of the famous book " The Secret " Rhonda Byrne, I'm grateful for the cheque she designs for us and encourages us to use for the manifestation of money. One Hand One Foot

Personal growth is about progressing stage by stage and phase by phase. There's no rush into personal growth , self-improvement or self-help topics. It's always good to do it at your own pace without much procrastination. I read the book ' Permission to Dream ' written by Chris Gardner. He mentioned "One hand, one foot" when he shared his past with his granddaughter Brooke. If there's anything that I could take away from this book, it's this "One hand, one foot" which I started to practise now in my life.
