How to be a Starbucks Gold Member with Limited Resources?
I set my goal to be a Starbucks Gold member when I first signed up in Christmas, aiming initially to just buy a gift card and make good use of my money by recycling into reward points.
Never did I know I'm going to hit my target sooner than I thought. I was thinking it'll take me at least 3 months to save up. Then I came up with an idea.
Why not take whatever I'm going to spend on other food, and spend on Starbucks since there're no reward points for other fast food that I'm consuming. And I just need to do till I hit my Gold Member target for my personal growth.
So, I started to make my original 2 meals a day into Starbucks meal. And if that's not enough, I would go for 1 meal or one and a half meal. That is, one food meal and one drink. Usually my meal is just food, without the drink.
Recently, I found out about the breakfast set (which generously goes all the way till 1130am and can be treated as a brunch), and it comes with a brewed coffee. So its perfect and makes all the sense to accumulate all money for food resources into one stream: Go for Starbucks Gold!
