In Chinese New Year celebration dinner, Chinese like to say lots of auspicious words, especially for a dish called 'scoop' Yu Sheng.

As we use chopsticks to scoop up the ingredients of the dish Yu Sheng to above the huge round plate, and as high as possible, we say as many auspicious New Year blessings as we can for a prosperous entire year. This year is the year of the Rabbit! :)

I just had a taste of warmth and joy tonight sharing this Yu Sheng dish and other delicious food with a group of kind-hearted friends celebrating the Lunar New Year! I'm very grateful for having this opportunity! 😃🥳
