Monday Moves


Our mind creates 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts in a day. Since there's no 'OFF' switch for our minds, the only way to lower the number of thoughts created by our minds is to slow down in our daily activities.

One way to slow down is to practice meditation or yoga. The other is to keep decluttering the physical environment such as work desk, drawers, wardrobe. Do decluttering a bit a little time will not be stressful.

Use a robot vacuum cleaner to clean up.

Use a storage cabinet to organize.

Or use a stool with storage space.
