Tuesday Taste

Have you ever tasted the great pain of throwing away the wrong things, things that you wanted to keep but got thrown away, and things that were supposed to be disposed of are still around?

When decluttering very old things, listen to your heart, not listen to the mental voice that are your thoughts.

Mental voices tell you what are useful, what are not. Whereas the heart sends you feelings and emotions so you know whether the things have sentimental values which you intended to keep but may not be useful now already.

For the last 10 years, I have not been listening to my heart. I was listening to my monkey mind and it created immense suffering. Suffering is a taste. And is not encouraged!
