Let's do some mind exercises.

What would you be looking forward to do during this weekend?

Are you going to join your friends and have fun or are you going to sleep at home?

If you join a group of friends, go to the gym or park and train yourself to lose some weight, then say, ' We'll be having much fun while training', 'Our exercises are effective and safe', 'We really lose our fats'.

You could use positive statements to affirm what you're doing. You could also say them loud together with your friends.
